Electro pneumatic postioners and Smart Positioners are designed for accurate positioning and regulation of pneumatic cylinders & control valves in modern industrial process automation systems.
The positioners accept a standard 4–20 mA DC input signal and provide a pneumatic output from 0 to 100% of the available supply pressure.
Advanced communication options including HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus and PROFIBUS can be provided as required. Automatic calibration, digital LCD display, valve position feedback and diagnostic functions enable efficient commissioning, monitoring and maintenance of control valve systems.
Available in aluminium alloy or stainless steel construction with IP65, IP66 and IP67 enclosure protection options, the positioners can be supplied with pressure gauges, air filter regulators, solenoid valves and volume boosters according to application requirements.
