Electro-Pneumatic Positioners provide accurate valve positioning and regulation for modulating control applications across a wide range of industrial processes.
The positioners accept a standard 4–20 mA DC input signal and convert it into a proportional pneumatic output of 3–15 psi (0.2–1.0 bar). Direct and reverse acting configurations are available to suit different control valve and actuator requirements.
Available in aluminium alloy or stainless steel construction with IP65, IP66 and IP67 enclosure protection options, the positioners can be supplied with valve position feedback, auto or manual calibration and HART or Fieldbus communication as required. Accessories including pressure gauges, air filter regulators, solenoid valves and volume boosters can also be provided.
